Key Features
Counselor-only Features
1. Account login

- Log in by entering your registered ID and password, or log in with SNS account.
2. Check account information and nicknames

- Select the organization where you want to proceed with the counseling.

- Check the organization and the nickname information.
(※ Change nickname: Homepage > My Information)
3. Character selection

- Select the avatar you want and click 'Enter'.
- Avatars that the counselor and the client can choose from are provided differently.

- You can create your own avatar by clicking ‘Create my avatar’.
4. Create a counseling room (for counselors only)

- Click 'Create room' to open a new Counseling Room. (Only for counselors)

- Counselor can set up a password when creating a counseling room.
- Use 'Easy Mode' to immediately start counseling while seated in a private room.
- Check the 'Video Chat' option to create a video chat counseling room.
(The video chat room is exclusively for 1:1 counseling, allowing entry for only two participants.)
5. Select counseling room

- Select and enter the counseling room created by the counselor in advance.
6. Enter the MetaForest

- Enter the square of MetaForest. You can move directly to various spaces.
7. Basic operating methods

- Move : Touch the circle on the bottom left of the screen and drag it to move. If you drag it further, you can move faster.
- Direction : Touch and drag the bottom right button on the screen to change direction.
- Jump : Touch the button on the right side of the screen to jump.
8. Microphone manipulation

- You can turn on the microphone or mute it.
- When your voice is being delivered, your nickname box lights up to indicate that your voice is being heard to others.
9. ‘My face window’ operation

- You can see your face with facial expression recognition in the upper right corner of the screen. (Your face is not visible to others.)
- When you sit down, 'Face/Avatar View' button is generated so you can see either your face or your avatar.
10. Change viewpoint

- You can adjust the screen in either the first person view (Zoom in) or the third person view (Zoom out).
- You can also manually adjust the point of view by using two fingers to zoom in and out on the screen.
11. Gesture Features

- Perform various actions like greetings, clapping, raising hands, etc.
- Express a wide range of emotions with emotion stickers suitable for situation.
12. Participants list


- You can check the participants' nicknames and whether the microphone is muted in the Participant List.

- Counselors can mute, remove participant, or check the stored psychological test results by selecting a client.
- The counselor can select a client and request them to come to their location.
- Clients can view the counselor's profile. (Register counselors' profiles through the organization admin account.)
13. Map

- You can click on the map to teleport to the place.
14. Screen sharing

- In the mobile version, you can only view the screen shared by the others.
- View share : You can view the shared screen in the location where the screen is installed.
- Full screen : You can view the shared screen on the full screen.
- Canvas : Share drawings in real-time.
