4. Create a counseling room (for counselors only)

• Click 'Create room' to open a new Counseling Room. (Only for counselors)

• Counselor can set up a password when creating a counseling room.
• Use 'Easy Mode' to immediately start counseling while seated in a private room.
• Check the 'Video Chat' option to create a video chat counseling room. (The video chat room is exclusively for 1:1 counseling, allowing entry for only two participants.)

13. Screen sharing (for counselors only)

• You can view the shared screen in the location where the screen is installed.
• PDF : You can share PDF files.
• Youtube : Enter a YouTube link to share the video. (Please note that YouTube videos with regional restrictions may not be playable.)
• Device-specific limitations
  • Screen sharing is not available on Mac.
  • On Mac M1, M2, client cannot receive shared PDF files.

15. AI assistant (for counselors only)

• You can send a notice to all participants by clicking 'AI Assistant' and then clicking the notice button above the assistant's head.
